Discover 6 budget-friendly methods for a Farmhouse Master Bedroom
A few days ago, I unveiled our new Modern Farmhouse Master Bedroom after weeks of sharing progress
As previously mentioned, I am sharing the complete specifics today to assist with your upcoming endeavors
It is also important to address the financial aspect; while money can feel difficult to discuss, do not let a limited budget stop a makeover! This room was achieved on a modest budget, and we adore it.

Here are 6 strategies to reduce costs during a Farmhouse Bedroom update
Establish a focal wall utilizing paint

My initial vision included a stunning shiplap wall or elaborate wallpaper, but researching the expense and labor showed a desired wallpaper cost $195 per roll. Since two double rolls were needed, that option was dismissed.
Therefore, we adopted an alternative plan

(The remaining walls feature Simply White by Benjamin Moore ~ around $50)
Employ existing furniture for smart closet organization

Honestly, I still envision a built-in closet system, wallpaper on the back, and a dazzling chandelier. I did attempt stenciling to mimic wallpaper but disliked the result. Consequently, we opted for a fresh paint coat, repurposed furniture, and items from my existing decor collection—a perfect interim fix.

Determine where investment is truly valuable rather than spending on unwanted items.

My throw pillows illustrate this point; I spent considerable time finding fabric matching my design goals, purchasing clearance fabric that ultimately did not suit the room.
Conversely, I found two pillow sets at Winners that perfectly matched my desired colors.
Acquiring them significantly steered the room makeover in the right direction!

For smaller projects, buy sample-sized paint cans instead of full gallons.

I applied this saving advice to both the dresser and headboard projects, and I still have surplus paint!

Both were sample size and on sale for a total of ~ $17.00
Browse home adornments at your leisure

Honestly, I constantly seek out home decor at reduced prices; paying the full cost is almost unheard of for me. If you are patient, you will be genuinely surprised by the extent of the markdowns available.

Transform, reuse, and reimagine possessions you currently possess
I struggled initially with decorating our nightstands and the accent wall. I ultimately checked our garage, retrieving decor tucked away in corners and bringing it to our room. After testing numerous looks, I settled on what is pictured. Every item shown has served in various spots around the house previously. However, in a new setting, it feels completely fresh!
