For six years, my entryway and I have been working toward mutual understanding; despite her diminutive size, she proves surprisingly complex.
Initially, I perceived her as reserved and confined.

After numerous attempts to select the ideal hue, she appeared content with White Down from Benjamin Moore.

However, during the winter months, she exhibited some sullenness, prompting the addition of a new stencilled wall design.

This change visibly brightened her, creating a delightful focal point, though the sight upon entering from the door remained underwhelming.

She felt rather plain and somewhat aloof, yet I sensed inwardly that this wasn't her true desire; she wished to be vibrant, inviting, joyful, and a touch GRAND.
Thus, I utilized paints alongside wooden scraps sourced from a carpenter’s waste bin. Behold her transformation:

She radiates significantly more joy now!

The chosen colors, artwork, tactile elements, and text are intended to mirror the spirit of those who reside here.

I discovered this undertaking to be an absolute delight.

I plan to return next week to share some instructional tips and further specifics.
