We’re in our new house!!! It’s been a whirlwind of a weekend. Just three days ago, we met our realtor outside our new front door and walked in to find this:
Then, after a flurry of hauling boxes, pulling muscles, arranging, rearranging, unpacking, and stacking, we’ve got one room where we can finally sit down…
Other than grossly underestimating what “downsizing” really means, our move went basically according to plan.
I can’t wait to take you on a full tour of our new place, but today I’m heading back to the old house to do the final clean. Then I’ll settle in some more and tell you all about it.
Many thanks for the encouraging words many of you have passed along this weekend. Moving is a mess, isn’t it?? Some of you remember…;)
But now that we have all. the. things. in one place, I’m having a blast figuring out where to put it all…
