Greetings for this Monday; I trust your weekend was delightful.
Our weekend was quite eventful and stimulating; as mentioned Friday, I was preparing to launch a new Etsy store.
Truthfully, I was quite apprehensive about the whole thing!
Because I am a researcher, I prefer to have every detail settled before embarking on something novel. Despite extensive research, I realized that some experiences must simply be undertaken to truly grasp them.
Therefore, Saturday morning found me seated at my computer, marking the official opening of my new shop...
My husband offered encouragement, yet I felt utterly fearful about posting my inaugural item for purchase!
This was the piece:
After much deliberation on its description and calculating shipping fees, I finally made it available.
This initial success encouraged me to list several other items...
Next, I visited Google to find an Etsy widget for my sidebar. Notice it there? I located it at Craft Cult, and installing it on my new WordPress site was remarkably simple.
While testing the widget, I accessed the “Sales” section and discovered a small “1” already present!
Indeed. I let out a cheer.
Subsequently, I went downstairs and brought my husband to witness it; I felt the first sale deserved some acknowledgment.
In brief...
I cheered quite a bit on Saturday...
A total of 7 signs were sold.
I am overwhelmingly joyful about this.
I have just finished packaging everything for shipment...
My sincere gratitude to you wonderful ladies for backing this small aspiration.
You truly elevated my Grand Opening Day!
