Spring Inspiration Ideas for Your Home

For Bildirimlerim, I planned a piece today about charming Spring design concepts, something fresh with a touch of DIY beauty.

That plan vanished late last night, specifically at 10:30 PM. Yesterday, I shared details about the mini-series launching on Monday, which has me very enthusiastic.

This undertaking developed over several weeks, and I aimed for quality. I felt quite anxious assembling it, as this was my first attempt at such a project.

However, creating all 7 posts was genuinely enjoyable; I savored every moment, totaling 8 hours.

I held off the main announcement until all content was finalized to ensure everything was perfect.

The writing was complete.

It is so thrilling!!

Before retiring last night, I checked my email again; a guest blogger had an inquiry, prompting me to review Monday’s scheduled post.

The discovery caused me considerable distress…

Out of the 7 Days of posts, only 1 Day was present!

I felt like simply resting my head on the desk and weeping.

Fortunately, I was wearing my new reading glasses (also known as 'readers' for those under 40 who might be unfamiliar).

I acquired these the day prior at a significant cost, and I certainly didn't want to risk damaging them during a bout of tears!

I managed to go to sleep, but I remained awake until I pinpointed my error.

{The issue stemmed from LiveWriter; I needed to open a new post for each entry instead of continuously editing/saving/publishing within the same post. LW only retains the final save, which was 'Day 7' of a 7-day series!}

Today, while wearing my 'old lady glasses,' I rebuilt the 6 missing posts on the computer. I'm pleased to confirm they are now complete and scheduled/published properly. {I remain hopeful!}

Now, to my burning query: How do you all manage self-portraits? You make it look effortless, holding the camera at shoulder height while posing smoothly in a mirror.

I attempted a picture to show these new glasses, but it lacked any suave quality. (But please tell me they look shabby chic, or I might cry... ) It turned out quite funny!

Here are some of my preferred shots…

Isn't the tile lovely?? Yes… another bathroom renovation seems necessary…

That looks wonderful. The tile paired with our existing mirror, accented by a small electric toothbrush cord…

Oh… look closely… I finally captured the {corner of} the frame!

Until I find superior self-photography advice, this is the best I could manage today…

I would genuinely appreciate hearing your methods for achieving such ease. Could you also offer suggestions for reducing a double chin? I would value that!!
