Observing the Autumn Home Tours shared by bloggers such as Karrianne and Lucy has been inspiring; participating in one of those tours would surely spur me to wrap up some home projects faster, though balancing camp kitchen work with home time remains a challenge.
Currently, I am tackling one area at a time when my schedule permits; transforming our Dining Room into an Office created what my husband calls a "wild vortex of sequences," meaning we have many small, incomplete tasks around the house!
Today, I successfully finished decorating the entryway table, a spot I enjoy refreshing with the changing seasons. The dresser previously here now resides in the new office, making way for a thrift store find that has moved through various rooms over the years! Although the entryway is compact, it is large enough to open the door and accommodate a table for keys.

Instead of adhering strictly to a "Fall" theme this time, I opted for a style versatile enough for any season.

Our recent excursion took us to Ikea, so the table is decorated with items mostly sourced from there.

The art print was found in the 25 cent bin, and the blue lantern was a spontaneous purchase because I liked its look! The picture frame and lamp were acquired at a garage sale. Unfortunately, the garage sale lampshade sustained damage on the return trip. I replaced it at Target, spending more on a new shade than the lamp itself cost, but isn't it lovely??

The bright, warm weather overnight transitioned into rainy Autumn. The timing felt perfect as the rain arrived on the first day of Fall! I am now enjoying lighting vanilla-scented candles (also from Ikea) and relaxing with blankets near the fire each evening.
Wishing everyone a wonderful Autumn!
