Instructions for Printing These Free Thank You Cards
I developed this thank you note set to suit any occasion; some are perfect for thanking friends for Christmas gifts or for hosting Christmas parties, while others suit men, teachers, and friends.

I suggest printing these cards on cardstock, and my preferred printer is the Canon TS5020.
Each printable sheet of Thank You Cards yields 2 cards
I designed these downloadable PDF cards so that you can get 2 cards from a single sheet of cardstock. A black line runs down the middle, indicating the cut line; you can use scissors to separate the cards.
However, I strongly suggest using a paper trimmer; it completes the task swiftly and ensures a perfectly straight edge! My favorite paper trimmer is a Carl paper trimmer.
Guidance on using a Carl paper trimmer with this set of free printable thank you cards.
- Place the cardstock beneath the plastic guard.
- Gently move the paper completely to the top of the paper trimmer so the top edge aligns perfectly.
- Align the black cutting line with the blade trough.
- Depress the blade and slide it to the top to execute the cut along the line.
After separating the cards, simply fold each one in half and press the fold line with your fingers.
These cards are sized to fit into invitation-sized envelopes (4 3/8 ” x 5 3/4 “).
