Additional tips for this Ninja Blender Black Bean Brownie recipe:
- I just treated myself to a new baking pan and this was the first recipe I’ve tried it on. It worked amazing! This professional 8 x 8 inch pan is made so the corners are nice and square – making the brownies all have sharp corners. I love how uniform each piece is! It also has a nifty non-stick base, and they came out of the pan like a dream.
- I’m usually super impatient when it comes to cutting brownies, but this time I waited until they were completely cool before slicing. Turns out, that really helps! In fact, I put them in the freezer for about 15 minutes after they had cooled completely. Then I warmed up my largest chef’s knife in hot water and dried it off between each slice. It worked like a charm. The warm knife easily sliced its way through the brownie, and melted the chocolate chips along the way so it came out nice and neat.

Black Bean Brownies - A Delicious Ninja Blender Recipe
Create these flourless, fudgy black bean brownies in your blender! This gluten-free treat provides a wonderful dessert option without traditional flour ingredients.
Ingredients
Method
- Set your oven to 350°F and prepare an 8 x 8 inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
- Begin by placing the black beans into the Ninja blender and pulsing a few times to break them down. After the beans are partially crushed, add the butter and blend for approximately one minute, or until the mixture begins to smoothen. Stop the mixer, add the eggs, replace the lid, and blend again until the consistency becomes uniform. Use a spatula to scrape the sides while the blender is off, then incorporate all remaining ingredients (except the chocolate chips) and blend until fully combined.
- Take the Ninja blender container off the base and carefully detach the center blade. Use a spatula to stir the batter a few times in the bowl to ensure everything is well mixed.
- Transfer the brownie batter into the parchment-lined pan and top with chocolate chips. Bake for 24 to 27 minutes at 350°F, or until a toothpick inserted into the center emerges clean. Allow the brownies to cool entirely before lifting them from the pan and cutting into squares.
