The holiday decorating at our home is complete for this season; what a lively, somewhat chaotic undertaking, yet we can now move freely inside. Over the coming days, I will share a brief look around; today, we are focusing on the Living Room to showcase our charming, unconventional Christmas tree.
I desired a change in my Christmas tree selection, avoiding the worry of another large tree toppling or spilling water. Consequently, I conceived a new plan, requesting my spouse to locate a very small tree directly from the woods, describing it as both “skinny” and “Charlie Brownish”.
Following several hours of walking through the snow, he returned with precisely what I had envisioned.

We placed it within the garden urn containing soil (and secured it to the wall!), positioning it upon a stump.

I adore its slightly uneven and natural appearance—imperfect, genuine, and relaxed. It possesses such character and is genuinely my most cherished Christmas tree.

Last year's ruffled garland perfectly filled the gaps, allowing me to finally utilize a string of wooden beads from my long-held collection, which had always been too short for other trees!

The bookcase displays ornaments and small decorations holding significant personal memories for us.

And there it is—our petite tree, brimming with unique character!
