Greetings, lovely readers, happy weekend to you all,
The feathered friends have certainly amped up their performances this week.
They’ve been filling the air with cheerful melodies in the branches outside my window almost every morning.
It got me reminiscing about the other joyful noises I’m loving as this milder weather sets in –
The delighted squeals of the neighbor girls as they play hide-and-seek behind our home.
The happy hum of backyard cookouts.
But which sound truly beams the brightest smile onto my face??
The 7 pm “clanging” for our healthcare heroes.
Is this tradition echoing through your streets as well?
I’m uncertain of the origin, but the makeshift wooden-spoon percussion ensemble is going strong in our community.
Regardless of location – at precisely 7 pm – we can all hear it.
It’s a fresh addition to our soundscape – and it definitely brings a grin.

- This canvas art piece, featuring wallpaper stitched right in, completely blew my mind.
- Mercy me, the sheer volume of free printables out there!
- This adorable concept for a tiny front porch.
- Landscaping advice for when the to-do list feels absolutely massive.
- This narrative about a house move and downsizing has me completely engrossed.
- This podcast episode features an interview with one of my all-time favorite artists.

And one final recommendation – This vibrant Greek salad is a staple at our home. We enjoyed it recently alongside BBQ burgers. – Simply tasty!
