Wishing everyone a joyous New Year!
The beginning of a new year brings such delight; besides the opportunity for a new calendar, it represents a completely fresh canvas of potential and new beginnings!
My direction and focus for the coming time began last autumn when I initiated the 31 Days series focusing on completing home projects. This spurred a realization that significant organization within our residence was necessary. Since I am spending more time away from home, I desire my house to offer a feeling of tranquility and ease upon my return, rather than a chaotic and confusing state!

There is a delicate boundary regarding possessions. We gather things to enhance life or make it easier, but an excess transforms from a benefit into a heavy weight. This was my reality; I struggled to locate simple items, feeling overwhelmed by the clutter.
Consequently, the endeavor to streamline commenced.

I am closely examining the items, methods, and areas within our home, posing questions such as:
- “How many sets of linens are actually required for 3 beds?”
- “Do we truly need 40 bath towels, when 20 are damaged?”
- “Is the tupperware multiplying in the lower drawer??”
- “Will the baby playpen reserved for my grandkids still be usable after so long??”
Transforming an entire house does not happen instantaneously (apologies for the surprise!). However, progress can be made significantly through small, manageable tasks. This is my method, and please know, I am not finished yet!!

I must acknowledge that much effort remains undocumented here on Bildirimlerim. We have sorted, bagged, recycled, burned, donated, and sold online without pausing to photograph everything; some embarrassment about the mess and a need to stay focused prevented documentation!

Over this month, I will share small organization tasks—quick 'bites' of our simplifying journey—many achievable in just 10 or 15 minutes.
Would you like to join my simplification adventure? I warmly invite you to contribute your insights, advice, and personal methods in the comments section.
Wishing you a wonderfully simple day!!:)
