Exercise Tip #1: Dance in the Kitchen

Exercise and I aren’t on the best of terms. It doesn’t like me, I don’t like it, and we have an understanding. Still, I need to exercise for my health, so I’ve been trying to adjust my attitude and figure out what I can do and enjoy, at least a little.
