This Baked Feta Chicken Pasta is an easy one-dish dinner inspired by a viral TikTok recipe. Juicy chicken bakes with feta, tomatoes, and spices to create a creamy, flavorful sauce perfect for pasta.

I wanted to try out some new recipes recently, and this one caught my eye. I hadn’t heard of the “viral baked feta pasta” recipe, but it looked really good. I’ve given it a little twist by adding chicken, making it a one-dish meal that’s perfect for two. The method is brilliant—everything bakes together in the oven to create a creamy, flavor-packed sauce without a whole lot of effort.
This version is designed for two people, but if you need to feed a whole family, you can double the ingredients and bake it in a 9×13-inch dish.

This simple, flavorful one-pan meal is inspired by a viral short-video recipe, now with added protein! Juicy chicken, creamy feta and sweet roasted cherry tomatoes bake into a rich, tangy sauce that coats every bite of pasta. Serve with a crisp salad and garlic bread for a well-rounded meal!
Ingredients
Method
- In a 6.5 x 10-inch baking pan, place the block of feta in the center. Scatter the diced chicken around it, sprinkle the Cajun seasoning over the chicken and add the garlic clove chunks.
- Arrange the cherry tomatoes around the feta and drizzle everything with olive oil. Sprinkle the spices over the top one at a time, or mix them together in a small dish first if you prefer.
- Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven for 40 minutes, or until the tomatoes are blistered and splitting.
- While the feta sauce bakes, cook 2 cups of dried pasta according to the package directions, then drain.
- Stir the feta sauce after it finishes baking, then mix in the cooked pasta. If the sauce seems too thick, loosen it with a splash of pasta water. Sprinkle with Parmesan and return to the oven until melted, just a few minutes.
