Seeking a delightful and straightforward seasonal craft? Consider crafting these swift and simple paper star decorations!
Materials Required for Paper Star Ornaments:
This crafting endeavor needs only a few items:
- 9 squares of paper, each measuring 3×3″
- adhesive (something more robust than a standard glue stick is necessary)
- paper punch
- twine
- bobbles or buttons for the center accent
- hot glue gun
Your paper choice is unrestricted; you can use lovely scrapbook paper or just standard white computer paper.
For this attempt, I utilized pages taken from an old hymn book.

Finishing Your Paper Star Ornament
After all the gluing is complete, I employ a hot glue gun to affix a centerpiece. I selected buttons this time, though sparkly gems or tiny jingle bells would also look charming!
Use a small hole punch to create an opening at the top, then thread the twine through. Secure it with a knot, and it's prepared to adorn a tree or package.
I enjoy setting up a small tray to fold these lovely pieces while watching holiday films.
