I recently transformed a seldom-used upstairs landing space into the Shabby Glam closet for Bildirimlerim.
After several months of use, I find this area incredibly useful, especially for my 'getting pretty' routines.
While setting up the vanity, which is the furniture item on the right, I immediately knew I needed drawer liners. However, prior negative experiences led me to avoid:
- Peel and stick drawer liners, as removing them proves quite difficult.
- Liners that migrate and form a crumpled mass against the back of the drawer.
I found some gift wrap at Winners made from a recycled material, resembling smooth, thin plastic, which I thought would suit this project.
My initial steps involved thoroughly vacuuming and cleaning the drawers, followed by cutting cardboard to match each drawer size.
I then wrapped the cardboard like a flat present and secured it underneath using tape.
Afterward, I carefully placed this liner inside the drawer.
Should I wish to alter the appearance later, I can easily remove the cardboard and replace it with a different covering.
What is your best method for lining drawers? Kindly share your tips with the Bildirimlerim community below!
Wishing you a wonderful day!
