Come on in, sweet friends!
Today I’m opening the door to our cozy little townhouse so you can join me on a holiday home tour!

Decorating the Christmas Tree
(Disclosure: Some links in this post are affiliate links, for your shopping convenience.)
The Christmas tree is one of the most important parts of decorating for the season, so I started there. I adore our wee fake tree (similar to this faux tree) for our small space. It’s quick to set up, and this year we decorated it with “natural decorations” of dried orange slices and gingerbread cookies.

They were fun to make, and I used them in other spots around the house too, like the Christmas centrepiece on the dining room table.

Dining Room Christmas Decor

The dining room farmhouse shelves are one of my favourite things to change with the seasons. Everything on them is neutral “Winter” decor, and I simply added gingerbread cookie ornaments, pine cones and faux greenery.

I love layering items on the table for a fun Christmas look. Below I’ve linked similar options to the pieces on the table above:
Living Room Christmas Decor

Our living and dining rooms are really one big space, but I arrange them so they feel a little different. Flannel pillow covers and a Christmas tree pillow I made a few years ago add a pop of Christmas colour.

I swapped the vintage art above the couch for a new vintage print that suits winter. (More details coming soon.)
Bookcase Christmas Decor
We love our Billy bookcase “built-ins” in the living room, and I added some Christmas and winter touches to them too.

The vintage angels belonged to my grandma, and the set of three Christmas mice were my mom’s. I love having little reminders of them around.

(And bonus points to anyone who spots the rouge pen and book in the photos! Tee hee…)

I also brought out last year’s macramé wall hanging wreath to add to the dining room decor.

And that wraps up our little Christmas home tour. Thanks for stopping by!
